Our Story
We are the brothers Michael and Matthew Van Praet.
Together we are the co-owners and executives of Plumbing For Life Inc.
Matt is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Mike is the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
We were born and raised in London, Ontario. We are very proud to operate our business in the city we call home.
Our father first started the plumbing business in 1997. He built it up from nothing through dedication and effort, providing for his family by serving clients with integrity and honesty.
We are determined to continue his legacy of plumbing excellence, customer service, passion, integrity, and a disciplined work ethic. And we intend to bring innovation and constant improvement to the company so that it can ascend to new levels of excellence in workmanship and customer service.
We spent much of our younger days working alongside our father during his plumbing jobs. During those times, he shared his immense wealth of knowledge with us, making us the skilled tradesmen we are today.

Matt, President (CEO)
Matt Van Praet is an experienced plumber, working under the apprenticeship of his older brother Mike. Driven by a relentless inner drive to improve, he takes pride in providing the best customer experience possible.
His goals include growing Plumbing For Life into a London powerhouse and starting a family of his own.
Mike, Chief Operating Officer
Mike Van Praet is an experienced licensed plumber with over 10 years in the profession. Driven by a penchant for excellence in matters small and large, he takes pride in providing the highest quality plumbing service possible to all clients of Plumbing For Life.
In addition to being a plumber, Mike has been instrumental in the planning and execution of plumbing systems for thousands of construction projects over the last decade.
His priorities in life include striving to uphold the family legacy and his father’s ethos, and providing a stable life for his wife and daughter.
